Catastrophic Chess | ATTACK – Chapter 3 4 2466

Hello. This is chapter 3. I hope you guys read my first two chapters and enjoyed it. You would be wondering now who/what Cyborg is. Well, it’s just a name of a fictional beast. Ok, now let’s move on to ‘Attack’.

They didn’t know what to do. Cyborg has a long tail so if he moves it, Oz and Lore are dead meat. They tried to attack but nothing happened. Their sword broke by striking on the cold-blooded creature’s toenails. Cyborg had one cloud in his sky, his heart. Obviously, that has to be Cyborg’s weak point, thought Lore. No one’s heart can glow so much, there has to be something inside it, thought Oz. They had to get it out! Unfortunately, the monster swished his tail. Oz and Lore fell to the ground, blood leaked from their bodies and they were severely injured. “We’re dead,” moaned Lore.

“NOTHING CAN STOP ME, BWA HA HA HA !!!” bellowed Cyborg. Suddenly, Tom and Max appeared out of nowhere. “We’re coming!” they shouted. “Tom and Max to the rescue!”

“Help, Cyborg’s gonna kill us!” Lore shouted. At that moment, Tom and Max fell down waving their hands around. Oz and Lore ran for their lives. “We’re all gonna die, we’re all gonna die!” screeched Max.

“Die beast, die beast!” chorused Lore.

“If you want the beast to die we have to pluck its heart out, that’s why the heart is glowing.” explained Oz.

“I’ve got a plan,” said Lore.

“What’s the plan?” asked Tom.

“The plan is that you guys think of a plan and inform that plan to me,” answered Lore. What a dumb plan, thought Oz. “Wait, I know!” exclaimed Oz. “Tom and Max can hide behind those demolished buildings, while we distract Cyborg. Then, Tom and Max leap out of the buildings and stab him and pluck his heart out, alright.”

“Yes, sir!” said Tom and Max. “No worries.” They set their plan into action. Lore ran up to the ugly creature and stuck his tongue out at him. The creature roared in the top of his voice. “Raaaar!” it boomed.

Lore was constantly annoying it. Then, he showed his bum at it. Meanwhile, Tom and Max were refreshing themselves. They also practised how to run towards the beast and what to shout whilst running. After a quick rehearsal, they charged towards the beast and assaulted. “Aaaar!” they shouted whilst running. They threw spears and swords. When all of their weapons were thrown, they borrowed Khan’s machine gun. Max shot the bullets, careless of the accuracy. Soon, only one bullet was left. Lore snatched the gun off him. He got a leg-up from everyone and fired the bullet. It hit Cyborg. The beast howled with pain. They ran up towards him and took his heart out and held up the diamond (the one inside Cyborg’s heart). Khan was responsible to safe keep the diamond so they gave it to him. “We’ve done it!” shouted Tom. On the other hand, their enemies panicked and fled. Everyone on Khan’s team cheered for Lore, Oz, Tom and Max. “Hooray!” went the crowd. A few minutes later, everyone had a party. It was truly wondrous. At the far end of the forest, something peculiar took place. A speck of light gleamed and a portal appeared. “The portal, we have to go home now,” stated Max.

“Awww, mannn!!!” said Lore. “I was enjoying this!”

“Tough!” replied Oz, also staring at the portal. Oz was always hard-headed.

“Goodbye!” cried Lore whilst leaving. They soon arrived home.” What an adventure!” said Oz.

“Yeah, adventure!” reiterated Tom and Max. “And Lore got scared, that’s quite of an adventure itself!” Everyone burst out of laughter while Lore folded his hands like a baby unhappy with his food. Everyone laughed. Again. Meanwhile, in the forest a huge, fierce creature stepped outside of a portal. This was no ordinary creature. IT WAS A DINOSAUR!!! It seemed like it was hatching a plan. “I!!!” bawled the dinosaur. “AM GOING TO CONQUER THE WHOLE FOREST, MWA HA HA HA HA !!!”
